the skinsuit trunk
The Skinsuit Trunk is part of The Werehouse project (a retelling of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, in a doll house), and it resides in the bedroom alongside The Wolfskin by the dressing table. It belongs to the inhabitant of the house, who is both human and wolf. There are days when the world requires her to present as human, and other days when she must present as wolf. But her form doesn’t always coincide with the needs of the world. On those days she has to improvise with a costume. This well-traveled steamer trunk has accompanied her on her travels throughout the world, showing the signs of 45 years of travel.
The well traveled trunk belongs to Big Bad Wolf or Red Riding Hood, depending on the day...
